Timings are estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. Logo on lamps adds 15–20 days of preparation after you approve the proof.
Which kit do we need?
One lamp per table. Up to 25 tables: Kit 25. Up to 50: Kit 50. Up to 100: Kit 100. More than 100 lamps or several venues: request a quote.
When will our kit arrive?
Preparation takes about 7 days. Transit then takes about 6–8 days after dispatch for Kits 25 and 50 (express), and 12–15 days for Kit 100 (air). These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Do prices include tax and shipping?
Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Tracked shipping to the contiguous US is included.
How does the 60-day trial work?
The 60-Day Restaurant Trial applies to a first standard Kit 25, for one venue, counted from delivery. If it isn't right for you, return the complete kit in good condition and we refund the kit price after inspection.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects of the lamps and charging stations, including abnormal battery failure, for 2 years from delivery. Covered parts are repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Normal battery wear, accidental damage, loss, immersion and misuse are not covered.
How does the next-order credit work?
Each kit comes with a promotional code for a future kit order of $1,495 or more: $75 with Kit 25, $150 with Kit 50, $250 with Kit 100. One code per venue, single use, not combinable with other offers, no cash value, valid 12 months. A full refund of the original order cancels an unused code.
Can we get a business invoice?
Yes. A PDF business invoice is available on request: reply to your order confirmation with your company name, billing address and tax ID if needed.
Can we put our logo on the lamps?
Yes, from 100 lamps: +$99 for one logo in one position, after you approve a proof. It adds 15–20 days of preparation. On smaller kits, your table cards carry your logo.
