Terms of service

Last updated: October 24, 2026.

Overview

This website is operated by Agadir Ritual LLC under the Halune brand ("Halune", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Halune kits are designed for professional use in restaurants, bars, hotels and similar venues. Specifications shown on our site are declared by the manufacturer and can vary with settings and use. Some images are visualizations and are labelled as such. Halune lamps are a visual service signal: they are not a safety, emergency, alarm or medical alert device.

Prices and quotes

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Kit prices reflect volume pricing. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.

Orders, payment and invoices

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. A business invoice (PDF) is available on request.

Personalization

When you send us a logo or other artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and allow us to use it to produce your order. We produce lamps with a logo only after your written approval of a proof. Table cards include one design proposal and one revision.

Next-order credit

Each kit comes with a promotional code for a future kit order of $1,495 or more: $75 with Kit 25, $150 with Kit 50 and $250 with Kit 100. One code per venue, single use, valid 12 months, not combinable with other offers, no cash value. A full refund of the original order cancels an unused code.

Shipping, returns, trial and warranty

Shipping is described in our shipping policy. Returns, the 60-Day Restaurant Trial and the 2-year hardware warranty are described in our refund policy.

Use of the products

Use and charge the products as described in the guide supplied with your kit. The lamps are rated IP54 by the manufacturer: protected against dust and splashing water, not waterproof. Do not immerse them.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Agadir Ritual LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
