Where we ship

We ship Halune kits to business and residential addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, D.C.). For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries, request a quote.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping to the contiguous United States is included in the kit price. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Timing

• Preparation: about 7 days. With your logo on the lamps, 15 to 20 days after you approve the proof.
• Transit after dispatch: about 6 to 8 days by express for Kits 25 and 50, and about 12 to 15 days by air for Kit 100.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers and peak seasons can add delays. Personalized table cards may ship separately from the lamps.

Import fees

Your kit price includes delivery to your door in the contiguous United States. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees for a kit, contact us before paying: we will cover them.

Tracking

As soon as your kit ships, we email you a tracking link.

Address changes

Check your shipping address before paying. To change it, email us before your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your shipment is lost, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos if damaged). We resend the missing or damaged items at no cost.
