How it works

One gesture.
No learning curve.

Guests understand it at a glance. Your team learns it in one briefing.

How it works

One gesture. Three states.

  1. 01 · Ambient

    It lights the table.

Upright, the lamp gives the table a soft, even glow all evening.

  2. 02 · Flip

    The guest turns it over.

No app, no button, no waving across the room. One simple gesture.

  3. 03 · Signal

    It glows red.

Your team sees which table is asking. Set upright on arrival, it returns to ambient light.

Visualization

Line of sight

A signal your team can see.

Halune is visual. It works best where tables can be seen from your service points, with a regular look around the room in your floor routine.

A lamp doesn't replace attentive service. It makes requests easier to notice.

Day to day

Simple to run.

  • Charge between services

Lamps go back on the station at close. Declared runtime: 12–15 hours per charge.

  • Clean in seconds

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. IP54: splash protected, not waterproof.

  • Brief your team once

Red means a table is asking. Set the lamp upright when you arrive.

  • Several requests at once

Each table has its own lamp, so several signals can be visible at the same time.

  • Indoors and terraces

Use it outside in dry weather. Bring lamps in when it rains.

  • Stations included

1, 2 or 4 charging stations depending on your kit.

FAQ

About the lamp.

How does a guest call for service?

They turn the lamp over. It glows red until a team member sets it upright again, which returns it to ambient light.

How does my team reset it?

Set the lamp upright when you arrive at the table. It goes back to ambient light.

Will my team always see the signal?

Halune is visual, so it works where tables are in your team's line of sight. Place lamps where they can be seen from your service points, and keep a regular look around the room in your floor routine.

Does it connect to our POS or send notifications?

No. Halune is a visual signal at the table: no app, no POS integration, no notifications. Your team sees the red light in the room.

How long does the battery last?

The manufacturer declares 12–15 hours per charge with a 2,600 mAh battery, and 5–6 hours to recharge. Actual runtime depends on brightness and use.

Can we adjust the brightness?

Yes. The manufacturer declares four brightness levels.

Can we use it on a terrace?

The lamp is rated IP54 by the manufacturer: protected against dust and splashing water. It isn't waterproof, so bring lamps in when it rains and never immerse them.

How do we clean it?

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Don't use solvents, and never immerse the lamp.

How do the lamps charge?

Lamps charge on the stations included in your kit: 1 with Kit 25, 2 with Kit 50 and 4 with Kit 100. Put them back on the stations at close, and they're ready for the next service.
